Speaking on behalf of Geofrey, we both LOVED the experience of working together!

We both knew after our initial consult meeting that hiring you guys would be the best money we spent during the wedding planning process. Prior to hiring RIAmagine, we were stressed and confused with having to plan the logistics and timeline. You guys offered ideas and a fresh perspective that I never would have thought of on my own or known to think about for the wedding day. We enjoyed every step of working together, whether that was through Zoom, text message exchange, and of course the actual day-of coordination. It is extremely helpful that you work as a tag team duo, with one person setting up the reception while the other at the ceremony. Since I didn't have a formal bridal party, I love how you felt like my maid of honors--helping to gather the reception items, making sure we have everything we need before leaving the hotel, helping me out of my wedding dress and into the reception dress, fixing my hair/makeup throughout the day, and vendor coordination.

Both of you are amazing at communication (both with us and vendors), being timely with responding to messages, organization, coordination, and having attention-to-detail. Ria was the main person I communicated with through text message and when I needed help figuring out how to navigate situations with vendors (especially with regards to ABACA planning and florist stuff), you provided great advice and insight on what to do. It was awesome having Ria as a liaison between us and Peter. Camille did a fantastic job with setting up the reception area. I wasn't entirely sure how to place certain decor items (like some of the picture frames and QR codes) so it was nice being able to trust Camille and her designer brain to figure that out for me. It was awesome seeing my reception vision come together and I loved how Camille was there to coordinate all of that.

You guys work like a well-oiled machine, and with your help, the day went by smoother. We could not imagine our day without you both being there!
