What is the typical timeline for wedding planning?

Wedding planning timelines vary; but a common timeframe is 12-18 months. We’ll work with your preferred timeline and availability.

For Day-of-Coordination, we jump in 2-3 months before your wedding to start collecting contracts, and familiarize ourselves with your pre-booked vendors.

How involved will we be in the decision-making process?

Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. After you’ve completed our onboarding questionnaire, we can handle everything or collaborate closely with you based on your preferences.

Do you assist with budget management?

Absolutely! We’ll help you create a realistic budget, track vendor payments, and ensure everything stays within your financial comfort zone.

How early should we book?

The sooner the better! Ideally 12-18 months before your desired wedding date for our full-planning and design service. For day-of-coordination, we usually book 6 months in advance, but we can always try to accommodate those who’ve decided as little as 2 months beforehand.
