Y'all were approachable and organized from the get-go, and I think that made all the difference when we were trying to decide on coordinators. We loved that there was a lead planner and lead designer, having known that we were going to be doing a lot of DIYs early on and anticipated needing more than one person to support that vision. When it came to the important days (day before, of, and after), you were both present, aware, and proactive. You handled questions we didn't even know were being asked and thoughtfully included us when necessary.

You two were great at being clear on who handled what aspects of the coordination on your end, and communicating what needed to be addressed still and when changes/updates had gone through (i.e., for our check in meetings, you told us ahead of time what items were still outstanding and then confirmed at/after the meeting what had been resolved/course of action for every item. You also clarified who you'd be reaching out to and with what informationβ€”this was probably one of the biggest things bc it avoided duplicative communication and really allowed us to hand it off to you both.

We appreciated you checking in on us throughout the big day, whether it be a vendor-related or timeline-related question you needed our input on or just making sure we were having a good time. Thank you for making yourselves available the day before and days afterβ€” we can chalk this up to it being a part of the service you're offering, but it really says so much for you to be available beyond of the actual day of.

We loved the level of detail that you capture on Aisle Planner! You had so many resources and definitely were organized with the info you needed and that we had shared for all of the DIYs. While Aisle Planner might not have been the most intuitive / helpful to us (at least in the early planning capabilities), we appreciated that it was a tool that helped YOU and you made use of it. It meant a lot when you allowed us to use whatever did work for us, and you (with additional work, we recognize) translated that onto Aisle Planner so that you had the answers you needed. Teamwork!

Thank you for handling so much on your own and truly allowing us to enjoy the day. It seemed that you knew us and the vision well enough to feel comfortable making those on-the-fly decisions and only escalating to us when our input was needed.

We appreciated the day after text and video evidence of the card box hand-off. It was reassuring to know that you were just as thoughtful in packing up and handing everything back to us as you were setting it up. Also everything important that we needed back was returned in pristine condition!! I have bride friends who sadly couldn't say the same after their wedding coordinators packed up :'(

Most importantly, your professionalism and clarity allowed us to trust y'all with the entire vision and to know that we (both of you and both John and I) had all communicated our needs with one another to best support our big day.
